Why I Do What I Do

 

 

After over 15 years working in the food and beverage industry, and more working in Financial Services, Healthcare, Non-Profits and Tech,  I've always been amazed by how high turnover is at every place I worked.

Turnover is expensive! The cost of job ads, the time interviewing and selecting, then paperwork and training... it can feel like a lot!

The stress on other staff members plus the potentially lost revenue and profit from being short staffed makes it's impact even more felt at all levels. 

After I got my MBA in HR, I decided to spend my time in corporate learning how to help businesses get off this merry-go-round of insanity. 

And here I am, living my dream by supporting yours.
